Where JD Group in referred to in this document, then the same inference is applied to Cunliffe, Ross & Rogers Ltd. and vice versa. The Company do not accept liability for any consequential or incidental damages or for any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the purchase or use of any products or services from Cunliffe, Ross & Rogers Ltd T/a JD Group (except liability for personal injury or death arising from negligence on our part).

Cunliffe, Ross & Rogers Ltd T/a JD Group believe all prices are correct at time of publishing

E & OE.

VAT is charged, at the rate in force at the date of the invoice, on all goods and services including any delivery charges supplied in the UK.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling.

All goods will remain the property of Cunliffe, Ross & Rogers Ltd T/a JD Group until full payment is received.

For shipment outside the UK, additional charges apply. Please contact us for a quotation.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Specifications are subject to change without notice.

Any errors on the online invoice will be corrected in the final invoice.

Cunliffe, Ross & Rogers Ltd T/a JD Group aim (but do not guarantee) to deliver all orders within 2 working days from receipt of order and there may be occasions where there will be a delay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as stock availability, weather and road conditions, technology breakdowns etc.).

ALL STATIONERY ORDERS MUST RECEIVED BY 4.30pm MON-THUR & 12.00noon FRI via telephone, email, fax or internet ordering system.

No orders are taken on Weekends, Bank Holidays and Holiday Shut Downs at the office of Cunliffe, Ross & Rogers Ltd. After these times, orders may be carried over to the next working day for processing. Certain items such as furniture and deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

1. Warranties / Faulty Goods

Items that are covered by warranty are shown in the current stationery catalogue in force at the time of ordering. The warranty period is shown by the relevant item. In the first instance any faulty goods that are covered by a manufacturers warranty and fall within the warranty period provided by a manufacturer, please contact the JD Group.

After 30 days all claims MUST be referred DIRECT to the relevant manufacturer and NOT to the JD Group. This is a condition of our trading contract with our supplier.

A comprehensive list of manufacturers and their contact details can be found to the back of the stationery catalogue in force at the time of ordering. It is important that the customer retains evidence of purchase such as the Invoice plus Delivery Note in the event of a claim.

JD Group will not be held responsible for any warranty claims should a manufacturer cease trading during the period of warranty in force.

Goods found to be faulty and not covered by warranty will be replaced within 30 days of the date of delivery. The JD Group should be notified as soon as possible. It is important that the customer retains evidence of purchase such as the Invoice plus Delivery Note in the event of a claim.

2. Back Orders
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on back order and delivered ASAP unless cancelled or instructed otherwise by the customer.

3. Returns
Please notify us within 5 working days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. After this period, a 50% restocking fee will be incurred by the customer. Please complete a returns request which can be found in the eAccount section on this website or notify us IN WRITING via email smartchoice@jdgroupuk.co.uk or fax 01633 677700. We cannot accept ANY item(s) to be returned after 30 days.

4. Damaged Goods
Please notify us within 3 working days of the date of Delivery should you wish to return any damaged item(s) we have supplied. You have the option to either receive a Credit or Re-Order the relevant item.

All damaged good MUST be returned within 8 working days of the date of Delivery otherwise JD Group reserve the right to not to accept the goods back and payment will become due.

5. Shortages
If any item that you have ordered does not arrive please email us with the following information:

Delivery note number

Internet order number (if applicable)

Product code and description of the item(s)

The quantity of each item(s) ordered

The quantity of each item(s) received

No verbal deviation from these Terms and Conditions will be accepted unless supported in writing by Cunliffe, Ross & Rogers Limited.
